Champagne Philizot Et Fils Champagne Blanc de Noirs
A bottle of champagne that’s a mix of Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier, this Blanc de Noirs is a chic and well-structured champagne. Anticipate recent, crisp purple berries and a lingering end that stays on the palate.
Deutz Brut Rose Sakura Champagne
Champagne Deutz owns 42 hectares of vineyards, which provide 20% of its grape and the remainder are sourced from growers, a lot of whom have been working with Deutz for generations. Grapes are harvested from the Montagne de Reims, Côte des Blancs, and Vallée de la Marne, with over 80% of the grapes coming from vineyards which can be rated Premier or Grand Cru. There are aromas of untamed strawberries, cranberries and raspberries and on the palate, it’s mellow following its three years of ageing on the lees.
